@Jamarikle barbell, jump, and balance ball squats. shoulder side and front raises on a balance ball, bicep curls on the balance ball. i usually do that on top of a normal gym routine to help get ready for snowboarding. basically some good balancing exercises and such.

@604Play1 lol think again man. Its preventative maintenance. It protects against injury later in the season, plus you're able to have more control over you're snowboard.
