This is how male friendship used to be in the past. It's not "gay" in any way. I bet that all of our great-grandfathers embraced their best friends the way those two guys did and there's nothing wrong with that. I think it's sad that American men are afraid to be more affectionate to their male friends and it seems like the only time a man has the guts to really express his love for his best friend is when he has passed away. I've seen it first hand and it's just so heart breaking.
