Yea this is my first video. This shows me attempting to curl 50 pound dumbbells. I filmed this after doing 6 sets of bicep curls including some 2 rep 60 pounders, so my arms are very tired, and my form suffers toward the end. I am posting gonna post these videos because I don't really see too many other skinny guys on youtube trying to bulk up. I have already gained about 30 pounds, and started about 6 months ago, so... these wont be from the start of my journey, but close enough lol...

(I will post a better form video in a few days, my arms are just killing me today lol)...

  • yea I'll post some new vids sooner or later, I can just barely do 2 reps with 60s last time i tried a week or two ago, so maybe I'll post that later. I just got a door mounted pull up bar, so pullups will help with building my upper body as well. thnks for the reply lol.

  • I actually didn't see you lift either of those bells once. Your swinging the dumbbells and the momentum is carrying the dumb bells so your not actually lifting the dumb bells at all. Your just applying momentum. Not only that but you are putting not only back muscles and leg muscles into the motion.
