I think you are right in the people should hold onto the little moments that shaped them, and at the same time, I also do think that it is equally as important that we know when to let these moments go so that we can welcome new ones in our lives. Sometimes it is difficult to just forget about a part of us, but maybe the new us to come is even more exciting.

Some stuff can hinder our personal growth but others can help. But it can be hard to descerne what one is good or bad to hold onto
