leapster bought from ebay 2010

This is an item I recived through ebay. My ebay account is RockStr0383 and you can look through my transactions to see the seller of the leapster. Item was listed "This leeapster has scratches on the screen that do not interfere with playing of the games. The screen has one spot where the pixels are dead, but the system does work." The scratches DO in fact interfere with the playing of the games ALOT...and parts of the touch screen WONT work. I show the leapster that DOES work correctly next to the one purchased from ebay that DOES NOT work. Also, she stated item has ONE spot where pixels are dead, but as you can see their are MORE then one.

I am posting this because I am SSSOOOO sick of people on ebay selling CRAP. If an item is nasty, doesn't work, isn't clean, or whatever....DO NOT SELL IT.
