It's called a rolling shutter. Cell phones and other various camera use CMOS chips to see images The problem is that they blank out the pixels sequentially rather than all at once, so if the image changes quickly, like when a monster is shaking the hell out of it, you'll get weird things like what's going on in the video because it's not capturing all the image at once.
OK, nuff camera geeking.

actually i'm using a cell phone, a nokia n95 which can record a 640*480 30 frame video, and cell phones tend to blur while recording and being in motion at the same time
