Just put on the HX40 Pro (18cm^2 turbine housing), it has alot of lag vs. the 12cm hx35 I had before. I'll see what I do about improving that (nitrous, 16cm^2 housing, or both!)

Video was recorded in Mexico

  • why only 10lbs? could have ran a 14b or 16g and not had the lag

  • @nallen100 Those would probably be to small, I have since then upgraded the turbine housing to a Bullseye .70 AR, it spools completely different, about 1,000 rpm sooner.

  • @maraba very nice. what compression are you running? and is that on the stock bottom end? pulls pretty hard

  • @nallen100 Thanks, it has an 8.8:1 compression, the bottom end is built, the heads are stock.

  • @maraba nice, still on 10psi or was that a break in?

  • @nallen100 its at 15 now, went to 19 but power didn't increase after 5500rpm, so in the process of changing intake manifolds to see if that was causing the choke.
