This is after the competition. I was just goofing around with Irene. I was redoing my floor routine again for fun and this time I got it mostly right! I still forgot the straight jump-split jump.

  • What level is this? And ur split was amazing. How do you stretch for it?

  • @Skyzoom44 This was level three. I am currently a level four now. Do a lunge with your knee not going over your foot, then press your hips down, trying to touch them to the floor. After a while try again but this time holding the foot of your back leg up to your but to stretch your quads (this one hurts so don't overdo it). Then drop your back leg, straighten your front leg and put your face down like you're smelling your knee, hands on either side of your front foot.

  • @chremmareindilla lol i still do that, i had my friend spot me and i hit her shoe with my hands lol... but my next one was better. I hadn't done it in a while, it just takes practice.

  • Oh cool! Ya I just have to get the backhandspring my problem is that I don't reach back enough:/

  • @chremmareindilla Oh yeah that was my problem, is that I didn't reach back enough, I tended to do a "question mark".

  • @chremmareindilla this was when i was in 3, then i moved up two levels and im on the team now, level four

    I can do my back handspring but I had to leave my old gym when we moved and it's been a long time since ive done it on my own.
