It looks like the cloud is being exposed to some sort of sonic wave??

After an hour of learning their technology/reading various reports, it seems their method targets existing low-altitude cumulus, making droplets electrostatically clump into heavier drops which can fall as rain, but trial results could still be coincidenctal since weather patterns vary. High altitude cirrus as seen ihere occurs worldwide and was documented long before mankind could fly or could make high voltage, so I still have to doubt any man-made origin in this case. Fascinating stuff! :-)

I have many T/L vids online of natural clouds and jet trails/mutant trail clouds on my TechnicianMusic and JcmdiStockFootage channels.
My primary goal is to document what I see, to study and satisfy my fascination with the physics and behavior of our atmosphere.
Jet trails add visibility to air movement which helps us see and study the sky, but I'm definitely NOT a fan of the negative pollution, chemical, and climatological effects on us and our planet.
Much more to come... Cheers!

Chemtrails & HAARP a match made in hell for the elites to use in our heavens.
The psychopaths have to ruin everything.

we get clouds like that over tacoma after they've sprayed chemtrails and the trail has spread out. the stuff sticks together and stretches out and forms haze.

electromagnetics
Skies like that were around long before man could fly that high or fire high energy RF into the sky. Whether water gets up there by jet exhaust, heat convection (thunderstorms) or air mass collisions, it's cool how clouds show the behavior of the stratosphere. Air acts much like liquid; a very complex multi-layered flow of water, which ripples, roils, and churns a like river, on a huge scale. Speed it up and you'll see!
Nice footage - super windy, eh? Thanks for the sgow! :D
