This is how jams and preserves were made for 100s of years before preservatives, artificial flavors, artificial colors and corn syrup came around.
Using only fresh fruit, sugar and heat , I will show you how to make all natural, preservative free, great tasting apricot jam.
For limited time, my home-grown fruit preserves and jams can be found at:
Delaney's Market, 41977 5th Street, Temecula, CA.

  • I appreciate your comments Aliana. I am glad to hear you grow your own fruits and that you are learning new cooking skills. I am on the mission to bring our country back to its roots, especially when it comes to eating good and natural food. Your support means a lot to me! Be well, be blessed and take care of your health and health of those you love.....Vlada

  • Thank you for writing Diane! This truly is the healthiest way to make home made preserves....Again key is to pour hot preserve in clean well preheated jars..and letting them 'rest' wrapped up in a blanket over night.

  • what beautiful children, so good of you to share your canning skills with the little ones, if only more people had these skills to pass down. My family always has some kind of tasks for us to do in our family, this year it was tamale making, this upcoming summer it'll more canning from fruits in the yard, and whatever else we think of to keep us busy in between! :-)

  • WHAT A GREAT TOOL. YOUR METHOD MAKES IT VERY EASY. HAS TO BE BETTER THAN MASS PRODUCED JAMS.

  • awesome! very helpful!
