Within the same panel. Where is says start and endframe. tick the checkboxes to use start and end frame and make sure the values are set to 0 for start. and whatever your last frame for end. Then re-try. it should work (Its a bug in syntheyes)

Im using a Nex-5k DSLR compact camera with interchangeable lens's
My advice to you is to completely ditch camcorders and go with a DSLR.
The one i would reccomend is the Canon 550d (It gets used in films and music videos)
