Bet you that they only stop violent crime but not statutory (mala prohibitum) crime like drug dealing. No way. That would cut into the massive revenue generated by petty criminals and their women who are always bailing them out. The probation factory and the courts rely heavily on fines and other revenues from the poor to fund their pensions and new buildings. It's the reason for sting operations and entrapment. I don't want big brothers safety hands and watchful eyes, there both abusive to my liberties and freedom.

Another way we can improve crime is by providing adequate employment for everyone, so theft from a neighbor isn't as necessary. Prisons, jails, militarized police, and heavy cctv are cash cow profit machines paid for by tax payers benefiting a few.
