i have htc magician and i tried to instal windows 6 but when i want to enter in bootloader the screen goes black ,he disconnects and its showing Serial/Usb V1.00 ... what should i do?i have windows mobile 2003... and I really want to have w6 :D

i'm new in windows mobile stuff , i have an htc touch hd , and i wanna flash the rom , i'm running on windows mobile 6.5 , i don't know if i flash the rom should i install the windows mobile again or what , i'm very confused
