Saw another clip where Mr. Russell specifically pointed out to Howard that he should always, if possible, look to block a ball to his teammate.
Howard has persisted in looking to block the ball as hard as he can out of bounds.
He had the chance to learn from the greatest, yet still seems more concerned with his ego.
He's young. Maybe he will mature.
If not, he'll never be the player he could be.

It's obvious that Dwight hasn't improved his game because he's still reliant on dunking. The fact that he hasn't added 1 go to move in 7 years is amazing.

In your opinion Russell wanna lose time with a fool like Andersen?

Russell talk with Howard only because he knows he will become an Hall Of Famer... if he would speak only choosing the best shotblocker he would speak with Andersen and Okafor

Andersen is better than Dwight as shot blocker... he's the best shot blocker at the moment...
