The Canucks were unable to make their annual trip to BC Children's Hospital because of the threat of H1N1, so to make up for it, they made this special video tribute for the amazing children and their families =)

Is there a particular reason why the copyright claim was exercised here? As someone who has appeared on BC Children's Hospital commercials in the past, Michael Buble himself would definitely want to spread the charitable cheer.

This is the first video I posted where this happened so I don't really know much about it. I'm sure Buble allowed for his song to be used, but I guess youtube didn't know that.
