This is the first "official" Season One debut episode of "The Chuckwagon Cowboy" cooking show. In this premiere episode, I am creating my "YEEHAW" famous "No-Peek Chcken" Casserole. (Ingredients are below)

"Welcome to my Kitchen!"

With a running time of just over 13 minutes, this episode introduces the viewers to me and some of the insights of my starts in the culinary arts, some "down home" banter and some good ole Southern style comfort food.
Future episodes will clock a bit faster.

So here's the ingredients:

* 4-6 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
* 2-1/2 cups Milk
* 1 can (10 oz) Cream of Celery Soup
* 1 can (10 oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
* 1-1/4 cup white or brown rice (I use white)
* 1 pkg of instant onion soup mix

Please comment on the video and if you like all the episodes from my channel, please subscribe!

"Good Eatin' & Happy Trails!"

  • @dougbeliakoff Thanks Doug! I appreciate your friendship and support always! Glad you enjoyed it!

  • Just wanted to tell you that my wife made this meal for us and it ws really good. Thank you

  • @zackcor That's great to hear! I think if I had to pick one of my favorite recipes, it would still be this one! Easy, inexpensive and filling! Glad you came back to share your experience with me and hope you'll try some more recipes down the road!

  • Chuck thank you so much for this, I had it last night, it tasted like Heaven, I sincerely mean that, I never thought that chicken could taste that good,. Or that I would get everything right from my 1st attempt at it. I am going to try the gravy tonight and have it with Cumberland sausage, mashed patatos and baked beans. I am looking forward to see what is next in the Trilogy and trying that out too. Thank you.

  • @petbabyamy First, thank you for the fine compliments! I am so glad your expereince with this was a great one! That's the whole message with my style of cooking...K.I.S.S. (Keepin' It Short & Simple). BRAVO to you for your first attempt and the pride you obviously feel with accomplishing something that comes off so good. Now you have a recipe you can make for others. Let me know how the gravy turns out and thanks for your support!!
