Glenn Beck apologizes for mocking Obamas daughter

Glenn Beck on June 1, 2010 took the first part of his show to apologize for comments he made about the Presidents daughter just a few days before probably against the will of every P.R. person and attorney. If this video doesnt prove to all of the Beck haters that he's an honest man and will stand up and man up for mistakes, i dont know what will.

@restoreamerica76 There are a number of people I worked with who watch and discuss glen becks ideology all the time......I worked with some of these guys for over 30yrs and take it from me they thought "mississippi burning" was the greatest film of all time but hated the ending.Beck and his people that question Obamas birth certicate are not being patriotic ..Honestly its disgraceful.If you completely disagree with obamas policies...fine.But ask yourself what other presidents birthplace is IN ?

Long before Obama. Beck has NEVER questioned Obamas birthplace. Obama DID spend years in Indonesia. Some of his family LIVES in Kenya. There are some legitamate questions on where his birth certificate is. The governer of Hawaii couldnt find it. Soooooo you tell me. I think IN should be Illinois.Its Reagan

@burtinriley Reagan also grew up on a farm in the middle of nowhere with corn all around him in Illinois in a very rural area and we can verify it. His father was a drunk and his mother was a saint. He was also a democrat for many many years but really had been shaped all his life to be a conservative. When communists were on the edge of being able to wipe out the U.S and infiltrating government, Reagan saw fit to stand hard against them realizing they wanted to end the American way of life.

@restoreamerica you ask me if I ever met his entire audience.Just as I would expect from the fear&bullshit people.I said predominately racist audience....not entire audience.You're the one that said no racism in becks audience.So I guess you know everyone that listens to beck.If you look at those posters brought to teabaggers rallys and you don't think any of those people are racist then my guess is you don't like obama just because of his policies.

I said there are a few nutjobs out there but considering I AM one of the audience members, i meet with other viewers at tea parties, 8/28 and many many other times. I know them ALOT better than you do. There were a few posters that were beyond a shadow of a doubt very inappropriate but you really dont know if those were Beck viewers or not. It was a tea party rally. Id ask them

Glen beck does'nt need to apologize to his predominantly racist audience.He should apologize to the obama family or maybe the black panther party could ask him to apologize to President Obamas daughter...I'd like to see that.

@burtinriley I don't really care at this point. Maybe I'm just a stupid Canadian and in my country you can come from anywhere, work your way up and be prime minister, but whether he's born in Kenya, Indonesia, who cares? Give me the best person for the job. The person who can lead America to being the best and most respected and moral and just country in the world. The other issues are red herrings. Beck won't even address it, rightly so, because what matters is Obama's policies.

Good on Glenn for apologizing. Let's face it. He was an asshole before he got off the booze and blow. As much as he's turned his life around, the old Glenn sometimes sneaks out like an LSD flashback and he says something in jest in the spur of the moment that is totally wrong. At least he had the courage to admit he was wrong. I disagree with Beck on a lot and I think he's gone mad lately with his anti-Ron Paul stuff, but I don't think he's insincere. I've watched the man long enough.
