the price difference in today's value is not that much.. 50k car modded vs stock high 60k car stock.... the price argument is endless and pointless. Soon you will end up with SRT4, boosted Civics, boosted S14's.. Pulley Cobras, S/C C5 Z06, Camero's.. ect.. ect. The CLS55 was last made in 2006.
Give the N54 motor credit for keeping up with a 5.4L Kompressor engine..

straight pipes.. means removing the resonator..which adds no hp/tq its just sound.

Cls55 are fast, I dont thik it had straight pipes, those things are freaking loud with straight pipes!
