Thelton Henderson: Cal Alumni are life-long friends. Certainly the people I went to Cal with are very much in my life... to this day.
Norm Mineta : Cal Alumni are in every profession you might think about, in every region of the world...
Natalie Coughlin: The fact that we have 450,000 alumni out there is incredible...
Tuck Coop: And to have an opportunity to connect our alumni to Cal and to each other is a real privilege. I love it. I absolutely love it.

Alice Waters: I felt it was a great privilege to be able to go to the University. It was open to everyone.
Steven Chu: There's a camaraderie to know that you were a product of one of the finest institutions in the world , but not only that, it was also the finest public institution in the world... and that means a lot to me also.

Jennifer Granholm: Cal alumni go forth and serve the world because we learn it right here.
Mineta: Well the last thing I want to do as a Berkeley Alum is to just get in a rocking chair and just rock back and forth...
Bob Haas: Cal alumni are active volunteers in the community. And this is near and dear to my heart; Cal has sent more volunteers overseas as part of the Peace Corps than any other university in the United States.
Mineta: I feel an obligation to reach back and help the school...
Coop: To have an opportunity to support our University is something that's very, very personal and very important to me.
Granholm: you're put on this planet in some way to make it better, and that is a value that universally comes from being a Cal alumni.

Haas: We have great reason to be proud of being Cal Alumni
Coughlin: It's really shaped my life completely.
Granholm: It beckons you back in one way or another...
Oski: "Come back to Cal!"
Henderson: It's a life-time deal.

Waters: I'm a revolutionary from Cal!
Granholm: We are Cal Alumni...
