Enrique Dans is professor at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, one of the most famous business school in the world. He is also a very famous blogger in Spain. According to him, traditional companies are stuck in inefficiency traps due to anachronic management behaviour, inherited from the industrial age. 'They can't figure out to hire people they should hire people for their intellectual input rather than for the time they spend seating on a chair". Start ups, on the other side, more agile, quick and creative than big corporations we know, are widening the gap on that field.
This video interview has been recorded at the EventoBlog 20099, in Sevilla.
