This is part two of my thirty nine part run of Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes. This is basically Snake surveying the Heliport and entering the facility.
0:10 - I like that they made Naomi's voice in the Remake, since they said later that she was raised by an American (And likely learned the American dialect of English first) she should sound American, after all, your accent depends on what language you learned first, I've seen Asians that look equally Asian, but have completely different accents.
0:50 - I thought that this scene went way too slow and way too long, the slow motion and camera jerking was completely unnecessary.
1:45 - THANK GOD THEY REMOVED MEI LING'S ACCENT IN THE REMAKE AND MGS4! I hated her fucking accent, it made me loath saving because she sounded so ridiculous, besides, she's an American, if she learned English first, this voice makes more sense.
2:05 - Roy's Actor appears to take too long in between sentences to continue, I can understand breathing time, but this is just dumb for a mission.
2:39 - This line is definitely an improvement, since the other one made her sound like an idiot. (Or maybe it was the accent)
3:03 - MY ASS! I could probably see farther than these guys and I need glasses!
3:15 - When was that? Was that a preparation for this type of incident?
3:42 - Wait, how can it NOT be made from currently existing technology? A time Machine?
4:33 - Sadly, he never gets that, but he once again gets strip searched in a future game.
5:03 - I like how they treat it like an option, but they're is no way actually enter through that door.
5:08 - This line actually sounded better if Memory serves me correctly (I played the original about 13 hours ago), because I don't remember him starting with the "Yeah" in the beginning.
5:14 - This doesn't make sense! Only one sentry blocks duct, the other is patrolling around.
5:19 - Pineapples are Grenades, for any morons out there. (Chris Bores)
6:20 - I'm waiting for him to get into a better position to sneak up on him.
7:10 - Cam Clarke did well as this Master Miller as well, though I hated how his voice could be over the top sometimes. I believe Master Miller was one of your corespondents in Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, but I haven't played the MSX games on my Subsistence disc in a while.
8:03 - This scene really depends on your tastes, this seems more casual, while in the original it seemed like orders or something.
8:35 - I'm not sure why I didn't skip this.
9:37 - They changed the way the elevators look to fit how they looked in the Big Shell, which doesn't make much sense later on, because they change again.
9:46 - This conversation in the original, was histarical due to Mei Ling's Accent.
10:07 - If memory serves me correctly, this scene was not in the original, since you had Manually go in First Person to see through the vents, I don't think they would have wanted you to see a guy takin' a Piss.
10:30 - Foreshadowing
10:36 - Why did that door shut so fast?
this game is totally ruined by new techniques from metal gear solid 2. you can skip parts just by climbing over the railing, like in that first room in this video. Metal gear solid 1 was not ment to be like that.

This is actually one of the few legitimate complaints I've heard about this game. But seeing how the fanboys reacts to simple minor changes in the script, I can't imagine how they'd react to new level design.
