sana marami pang sylvia la torre ang isilang sa kasaukuyang generation. Bihira sa panahon ngayon ang mahuhumaling sa not only the kundiman but the mezzo soprano voice of a singer. Karamihan sa mga commercial singer ngayon quantity walang quality, ang musika ngayon idinaan na parang amateur singing contest kung sino ang may pina highest number of votes. maraming katulad ni sylvia sa mga conservatory may knowledge sa rudiments of music pero di binigyan pansin ng entertainment industry
