Countdown: Blair House Was Not Booked

Keith talks to Margaret Carlson about the snub of President-elect Obama by the Bush administration. They claimed Blair House was booked when it was not and invited John Howard to stay there after the Obama's requested to use it as an excuse not to let them stay there. She also goes into the additional cost to taxpayers caused by the Obama's having to stay somewhere else.

My questions is why would they go out of their way to make the place unavailable? Racism? Hazing? lol what is the point exactly? FYI, journalists are curious people and want to know why were the Obamas staying at the Hay Adams instead of at Blair House. Late breaking news: Former PM John Howard has significantly less security concerns than Mr. Obama. The difference is Obama staying at Blair House instead of Howard cuts that cost by a few million bucks. Its my tax money, not yours. So give me a break.
