Chef Merlin: Sauceless French Bread Pizza

This episode is the second of three episodes that focus on French Cuisine.

In this episode, I show how to make Sauceless French Bread Pizza. Instead of using tomato sauce/ pizza sauce, I use sliced tomatoes on top of the bread. I also used sauteed mushrooms and green peppers, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. This is a quick and simple lunch/ afternoon snack and tastes really good!

Thanks man... this is one of my favorite quick snacks... though usually I just make it with regular bread if I just make it up as a quick snack because that is what I keep on hand. It is better on French Bread though.

dude this stuff is epic, but i use hogies, with sliced cheese and bacon and peperoni. i put mine in the stove and it takes EPICCC :D
