However you have to check your states laws because in my state you can not legally touch someone's skin or hair without being licensed, especially if you plan to get be paid for it!! :(

This is deff not true. I'm in Cosmetology school and we learned A LOT about make up. Not a week or two, we had a whole 8 week course on make up.
