We went to merit at Battambong Cambodia by passing Srakaew province. Our propose was to give tripikata 5 sets to cambodian's temples. We would like to support buddism in Cambodia. Because we think Thailand and Cambodia are neighbourhood. Moreover, most of people are buddist. So we should help each other. For this reason we decided to take merit at Cambodia. We went to Suwankeereetasada temple. This temple have a little church in cambodian's style situate on the mountain. (It is significient of this temple.) There is a beautiful buddha and lord buddha's bone inside. Cambodian strong worship of this buddha. If you visit here, you might impress in arts, environment and lifestyle.
However, we gave tripikata at Sala. Because it is wider than church. Then, we donate some accessaries to cambodian children such as book, notebook, ruler, shirt, etc. We was very happy to make children happy. Their smiles could give our energy to make the good things.

  • Woooooooow...

Lets hope one day buddha will erase all of these feelings of hate between our people. I am so impressed. Buddha bless you all!

  • Thai soldiers knew Khmers were unarmed because refugees were crossing to Thailand to escape the Khmer Rouge persecution.

  • chil5wind4 , i see what u think but i just want to say that if that Khmer people cross the border illegally, please let Thai law do it !!!(I believe that Thai is the country who have law)They must not shot and kill people like animal(because it is bad ) !!

  • because were (khmer) we're not supposed to cross into their home. would you just let anyone into your home, arm or not arm? again, how would Thai know that khmer were not arm... you never know.

  • This is nice. I have always wonder why the Thai soldiers treated Khmer badly in the 80's at the refugee camps. Aren't they Buddhists, I asked myself? Where is their kindness? I think Thai people are good people, but the soldiers are bad. They like to shoot unarm khmer who cross the border.

  • nice!!
