From the DVD the Early Years, a music video I vaguely remember from the Roy Bar when the dj used to mix dvds.

  • this song is great to expose the shitty guys that need drugs to have courage to do something, and without them are chickenshits.

  • you really think I have a say in this? this is a live video recording of a song sang by the Dead Kennedys, this is a VEE_DEEEOOOH are you trying to teach us morality? if drug becomes a crotch for anyone using it do you think this video will have a great effect on an addict?

Nobody's trying to teach anybody morality. If anything, the guy you were talking to is right. I mean, Jello even says he likes to write about issues from other people's points of view. Not to push his "values" on anyone, but to just be like, "Hey. Look at this. It's happening in the world."

  • another video by Joe Rees/targetvideo77

  • DK without Jello is like a good looking food without taste.

  • Drug me with your fuck machines!!!

  • I dont think this is a drug song, but rather a reaction to the sudden onslaught of media and "entertainment" culture, which is endemic nowadays, but was rearing it's ugly head already then. He's asking for escape and offering drugs as an allegorical substitute for avoidance of a society and a television set.
