This is based off Motoblur 2.1.54, it is a basically blurless ROM.

1. Changed to the @adlx Non-OC Kernel so there won't be bootloops for some people.

NOT WORKING
Everything sort of works. Speaker Fix is included... though the mute or music listening can cause a bug to it.

Issues
1. Audio Routing can still be an issue at times. Speaker Fix (included in build) helps alleviate the problem. It doesn't completely fix but it makes it less existent.
2. Black Clock/date on Black Status Bar - Sorry get call making errors when I try to deodex and fix that.

How to Install
1. Root the Device -- http://modmymobile.com/forums/561-motorola-cliq-xt-quench-general/555756-root...
2. Install j_r0dd's Recovery -- http://modmymobile.com/forums/559-motorola-cliq-xt-quench-roms/555799-recover...
3. Download and Place ROM ZIP into the root of the SDCARD.
4. Boot into Recovery (Power + Camera Button)
5. Nand Backup your stock ROM.
6. Choose Wipe and then Wipe *all* data
7. Install ZIP, pick this ROM.
8. Reboot System
9. Press Menu and choose Skip Setup (Motoblur)
10. Enjoy.

Want to try an OverClocked Kernel?
A select few people have boot loops due to the OCed kernel. Thus if you are interested in flashing the OCed Kernel please download @adlx kernel from the following link: http://modmymobile.com/forums/4044929-post175.html

If that causes you to have bootloops you can always revert back to the NON OCed Kernel also by @adlx that can be found here:

That will remove the OC from the Kernel and maintain all the other kernel features.

@arogon719 Make sure to verify the MD5 that I have posted on M3 or re-download the zip making sure it is downloaded properly.

@yogibearx15000 If you are getting this issue and from what you have written above, you have yet to install the custom recovery. Pleased install j_r0dd recovery for the CliqXT to then be able to install the ROM!

@mastermind278 Hey mastermind278, I could use some help. I've been trying to root and install 2.1 all day, and I follow all of the steps right (# in Connect Bot, pushed zip to sdcard) but when I get to recovery mode, the only options I get are 'reboot system,' 'apply sdcard:update.zip' and 'wipe data/factory reset.' I've wiped the data but when I hit 'apply sdcard' it gives me an error saying there is no such file and that it will abort the installation. Should I rename the zip to update.zip?

I followed the directions exactly, rooted the phone, placed the ZIP on my sd card, booted into recovery mode and wiped the data, but how do I actually install the zip file? In recovery mode the only options are to reboot, 'install update.zip' or wipe all data. It won't let me install the j_r0dd .zip. I don't know what to do from here, but I'm so close!!

I just want to say THANK YOU SOOOO much! I absolutely LOVE my phone now! When Moto said they weren't going to give an update from 1.5 I almost threw it out but I decided to try rooting it and I downloaded you ROM... IT WORKS PERFECTLY. The only semi glitch is that the live wallpaper doesn't stay but I could care less. You're great for doing this and making it free!

all working great except that facebook contacts and other contacts dont get added to your contact list, is that because you didnt sign into motoblur? or for some other reason.

Other than that, best 2.1 ROM for quench out there

one more problem: whenever I send a text message to check my prepaid balance, I enter one number, but I get the response from another number. Somehow this little switcheroo is messing something up, and I can't read the notifications nor kill them completely.

I just installed it, and while it's a bit zippy, I did notice a few things:

you can't add facebook to the motoblur accounts anymore, is this a symptom of de-blurring? I mean I can get the facebook app, but it was kinda cute that I had my facebook contacts integrated into the phone.
