I'm sure that you've figured this out by now, but Woody Allen named that movie as an homage to this song from "Horse Feathers."

If you remember, just before Woody and Goldie danced on the bank of the Seine, they were at a party were everyone was dressed as Groucho... excepting one Harpo, if memory serves.
