It is truly a rare event to see a Spartan in motion. Would love to see a video dedicated just to the Spartan.

@N17634 Indeed true, I've got to get some video of the Spartan in flight! I don't have any yet and will try to fulfill your request.

Another great opportunity I missed out on last week was a BEAUTIFUL Lockheed Model 12 NC18906. I didn't have my camera Thursday when it departed Livermore. Then it was back Friday but I didn't have my camera because it departed Thursday. Then I brought my camera Saturday morning along with a book but it had already gone. Rats!!! (Head hung in shame.)

I go to spartan college of aeronautics and the head of maintenance restored the bi plane and fabricated spartan. Im not sure what the name of it is... I was told it's the only one flying

There used to a "B" (or some such early MU) doing freight into DAL. Looks and sounds as fast as they can be. Great plane (made in TX).

@paralleler Lockheed NC18906 is probably the nicest of the remaining Model 12's. I think that one is based in Chino. If you check out the N17634 channel on Youtube, you will see a couple of videos of my Spartan. I also need to make an in-flight video.
