Happened to me a few times, also almost kinda sad and funny. I'm on a Mac, but it still showed the Windows XP scanner.
And even though i'm on a mac, and it showed the XP scanner, it said to download MacDefender, a rogue for Mac.
-Windows XP doesn't say download mac apps.

Good to know. These sites are everywhere. Wonder if they're intentionally using Google's image search for this specific purpose and what Google would think about it.
