Plague Dogs Uncut - Part 1

Guys, in this case reality is less cruel than fiction. Animal testing is nothing like it's portrayed here. If they want to perform a test on an animal that has the potential to be painful or kill it, they have to fill out a form stating what the test is for, what they think it will do, how many animals they are going to use, and so on. If the test seems like it will be helpful, the scientists are granted permission. But that doesn't mean it's not going to be cruel. :P
