i have made lot of observations...and i sit back and watch, i came to the conclusion that women have to make lot of effort to deal on the daily basis with anything pure mathematical and technical. But they thrive in supporting and complementing each other of the few they do while men carry the world, and women aren't even aware of it. cause maybe that's something beyong their grasp

No, what's been claimed before is that all women can do efficient jobs under certain circumstances. and this is true, women can do certain types of tasks not all, and if they are doing some critical jobs it is always under the supervision and training of men. In so far as the IQs, when ppl talk about intelligence they talk one end of the spectrum not "tardiness", i am certain that hose stats are skewed so to appeal to women, it's all political correctness...continued

Women aren't more intelligent than men- it's general down to the individuals. Men dominate high IQ's (there are still women with high IQ's, but there are more men than women with high IQ's). That being said, men also dominate low IQ's, whilst women dominate average IQ's. This generally proves that intelligence varies and we shouldn't instantly assume that someone is intelligent/moronic simply because of their gender- such a thing is a moronic assumption.

@MrDearfucker Though these are all great inventions/discoveries, they were invented/discovered when women weren't allowed to work in those particular areas. Women are inventing/discovering now, but it has only been in the past 50 years that we've been allowed to and we're hardly going to be able to overthrow all those great discoveries in such a short amount of time.
