right now im training biceps with back because they go together and by the end of my workout my biceps are exploded. so training chest with shoulders, that leads me to train triceps with legs which is like completely random... should i continue to train biceps and back since they go together?? or should i swith to biceps and triceps on the same day and back and legs the next day?? some people say train opposites on DIFFERENT days and some say train opposites (like biceps and triceps)on SAME day?
