The other housemates need to take Vinnie down a peg. The way he shushed whoever told Ivana that the task would involve wearing underwear and then for berating her into doing it - very ungentlemanly. All he does is gripe and boss people about. Not a very nice person, imo.

But that still didn't excuse Vinnie accusing Ivana of not doing anything to "earn her money" Remember Ivana and Stephanie worked their asses off in the carer task with hardly any complaining. Besides, it's as if Ivana flat out refused to do it. She just said she wouldn't do it if her costume was too revealing.
