goped bigfoot with g230rc engine... for sale vid

goped out on a cold day.
it went about 20mph that day and a few weeks later i got it to 27mph (had a car drive next to me) when it was warmer out and tuned the carb

i have this exact goped and i was wondering if anyone knew the proper gas to oil mixture. and also mine wont pull start at all it will only start by getting on it and scootering if anyone has help it would be cool
