Constitutional law and national security scholars testified on the constitutionality of prosecuting Wikileaks founder Julian Assange under the 1917 Espionage Act. Among the topics addressed were the nature of journalism, the extent of constitutional protections of the press in protecting the divulgence of classified information, and the amount of information that is categorized as classified.

  • john conyers is a hero! these cspan vids always impress me with how totally a different picture is given than in all the other media spin. it was the same with the motives of the republican dissenters in the bail out who were portrayed to be saying something totally different to what they actually could be seen to be discussing on cspan. thank you moxnews. it was you that posted that discussion as well and i was devastated when they disappeared from you tube.

  • @thor9754 i'd be depressed if i was him. this is breaking his heart.

  • Julian Assange is a hero Mr. I sound like I'm a southern slave owner -Judge Gohmert.

Assange n his team are very brave and courageous people, the cowards who are ashamed of thier dirty little secrets are exactly the type of people that would never do anything noble, because they are greedy, fake and weak characters that will cut heads to get to the top, when the good people have some honor therefor often stay behind. so now we have all these stupid heartless cowdars in charge of the world

  • Stop the abuses then you wont have as much dirt to hide

  • @thor9754 I agree! he's too old for lead this hearing

#1. Wikileaks—WAY too approved and publicized. Every TV and cable network, press worldwide, official recognition from every level of government. Heck, he even does a TED talk! Where’s anyone else trying to expose the agenda? Only Julian. Hmmm.

#2. Biggie: This supposed system fighter says the 9/11 truth issue is “a distraction”. Mustn’t step on your bosses’ toes now, should we Julian.. Very suspicious

  • Oh the games the Feds play - Thank you Federal reserve for supporting communism opposition for you objective against America
