My family moved to Castro Valley in 1961 when I was one year old and we lived there until we moved away in 1970. A lot of the stores and buildings that were there when we lived there are still there now. Great town.

haw! you just hit the 580 ramp to oakland! I feel you on the traffic everytime I'm coming chabot gun club theres always traffic on that section, you're lucky you didn't take 238. it would have been worse!
