President George Bush is marking the first annual "Day of Solidarity with the Cuban People" by calling for greater freedoms on the island and the release of the nation's political prisoners. Mr. Bush says the new president's reforms are not enough and he announced he would allow people in the United States to send cellular telephones to family in Cuba. VOA White House Correspondent Scott Stearns has the story

  • LOL Yes, there was a LOT of torture in Cuba! Especially at the American run Guantanamo military base! America thinks this side of itself is somehow invisible. That nobody can see the difference between its SPEECHES and it what it actually DOES. It's not only economically going down in flames, its losing relevance all over the world. America's horrific reputation around the world is one of a cheap used car salesman.
