I only have two CD's in my car and one of them is the best of Journey! What a voice! And, a great drummer....Steve Smith.

I'm not telling you what the other CD is, so don't ask, lol. I'll tell you when you hit on "him". ????

@Novak55X I understand that. I've met Steve many times in Cleveland. I'm a drummer who worked in a drum shop. I would set up his kit and pick him up at the airport for clinics. He also played with his fusion bands at a very small club in Cleveland when they came through town.

I was just saying I have "the best of Journey" in my car. I'm not a fan of the "new" Journey. Steve Perry was unreal with his voice. Yes, the new singer is very good, but...

This song isn't the same without Steve Perry...sorry Arnel fans! Just doesn't have Steve's range; comes close to his sound, kinda. Haven't really listened to other Arnel songs, but I would guess they wouldn't be the same without Steve's vocals either!

you know I am a dye hard Steve Perry fan and have been through out over 30 years of my life , Steve was part of the Journey of my youth , I never really gave Arnel a chance but you know I can rightly say that Perry's replacement is pretty good I just figured that out while listening to this song if he sings like this with the rest than he has my respect , I take my hat off to him.
