This is my way of having a readymade meals that way I dont get fast food or just eat the first thing I see! My plain is to eat no more than 1800 calories a day and exercise! Im so serious about this life style change, just have to aware of everything I eat. There will come a time when I will be where I want to be and this will all have been worth it!

I also don't know where you're getting your information from about dried fruits, and eating 10 peanuts a day, packaged rice is bad and everything else... that's not true! If you want to starve yourself and be malnourished and increasing your risks of detrimental deficiencies, then follow this advice in your comments, but if you really want to be healthy, read a scholarly nutrition book. Please please please.

  • Only packaged foods I recommend you buying is.... Eggs for protein and NO FAT SKIM MILK for calcium....that's about it...oh always remember portion control for example. Have half an apple and a cup of milk for breakfast , for lunch have a salad and add your chicken to it....if you can't be bothers buying your own chicken and making it at home...get chicken loaf from the dely and add two slices to it...for dinner have another salad and for a ' snack have a bowl of fruit salad, a small bowl. Als

  • Buy your own chicken and don't add seasoning to eat...... Get rid of the dried fruit and eat normal food...buy your own fish and don't add any seasonings our salt to your fish , salads or anything ...EAT IT NATURAL now that's what you call heathy eating...eating carrot sticks as a snack or even 10 peanuts a day is what you call heathy eating....lol

  • Why dont you buy freshly unpacked vegetables and fruits from the super market instead of all that packaged unhealthy fattening proceed food...bread , rice is not healthy as the world claims it be, it's not natural...since when does something so tasty be healthy for you???? Broccoli , carrots , tomatoes , lettuce , spinach , pease and all those natural sugars is what us humans are supposed to be eating...you want a snack???? Snack on carrot sticks.

  • You know nothing about healthy eating and portion control, everything...well maybe the majority of food that you are consuming is proceed...I don't care what the labels say...proceed food is unhealthy no matter what...packaged dried fruit???? Packaged rice???? Chicken with seasoning on it????   • I LOVE this idea! Look out grocery store, here I come. Egg Beaters are a life savior. Chives and cheese are my favorite. I get a few of those frozen diet meals for emergencies only because they don't taste great to me. Great ideas, thanks for sharing. I just tried Swiss Miss diet cocoa tonight and it really took care of my chocolate craving at only 25 calories.
