another secret to happiness i have found is to love yourself unconditionally for who you are... all of the sudden when i started to love myself, nothing bothered me anymore :) i used to worry about what people thought of me a lot

My 60 year old girlfriend looks 40, no wrinkles on her forehead either, she takes very good care of herself. Here in the Colorado mountains more people do maintain a healthy lifestyle, and it is not unusual to often see women in their 40s and 50s that look much younger! Thank you, Caroline, you are way cool and beautiful too!

that wonderful , what happens if you cant exercise or are disabled in way that doesnt allow that ?
You do look good for your age - no denying that , but then if you live healthy or rather can , why not ? Its when you dont have those options or are housebound within a tomb of 4 walls and options other than this that reality not happiness sets in- not unless your duck knows the secret to happoness too.
