Translation like that : "Personally me, I was very dissapointed by Moon ground. Its strenght was lower than it was expected. Man cannot stand properly on that. ATVs have to do with the very large contact surface. Most bad that you cannot knows what is the exact depth of this ununderstandable layer. Near the spacecraft, depth becomes lesser. but here near the rock, i cannot reach the bottom.

@TheCHUCKY1992 Exactly right. Pavel Klushantsev was a remarkable filmmaker years ahead of Hollywood at the time.

They also walk normally as if they where on Earth and when they put the gloves down on the rocks they would have floated.

Its obviously fake tards. When they put the pole in the surface of the moon it slipped right in. The moon is very rocky and hard it isn't that easy. Also every step they take the dust blows a little there's no atomsphere or gravity on the moon which means no wind.

Они выглядят, как матрешки. Если вы откроете их, вы найдете более мелкие внутри. Все меньше и меньше ... Существует очень маленький космонавт внутри наименьшим.

Very cute, like Russian dolls. You know, if you open one up, you'll find a smaller one inside...and then another one inside that, and then another and another... Until finally you get to a very tiny cosmonaut inside all of them.

@helikopterfan13 It is supposed to be a communications antenna, and it can be seen in all shots throughout the video.

If I am not mistaken, this is just a part of Soviet teaching (scifi? popsci?) film "Luna" 1965, where different facts and hypotheses where given in kinda fun way. Speaking with the ukrainian accent: "I am personally disappointed bout lunar soil. Its strength was lower than expected. It doesn't hold a standing man. ATVs should have very large contact surface. Worst of all, you do not know what the depth of this fragile layer." etc...
