Patriot Muscle Caveman Diet

This is what I've been eating to both clear out our excess food stores - before they go past their expiration dates, and to help me lose weight. And it works. I've dropped about ten pounds in the last week.

Also, this is what our distant ancestors ate: green vegetables and meat, which is why it works so well.

Yes, it looks disgusting. Sometimes it is! But you will develop a taste for it, and you will love the results that you will get.

i was told by a friend who is lean as heck that basically if it tastes good spit it out. The meal you take to work, looks a lot like mine and probably tastes as it looks, but you know what, it is summer here at the moment and I am loving the fact that Im not carrying the extra weight and if I am then its the extra money I am saving from my cheap but highly nutrious meals. @LocknL0ad The thing is, though, eventually you can get to like the taste of it - and even prefer the taste of it. Especially if you know in your mind that eating anything else will make you fat!

@tesskansas Hey, Tess! I don't know how it came off, except that it's basically the same as the SixWeekBodyMakeOver diet I did a few years ago. I don't have much trouble with salt.

Do I eat figs? Is that what you're asking? No. I don't even know where to get them. Haha
