Playing around with my EOS 40D... I took a picture every 10 seconds and combined them to a movie with 25 frames per second. It looked better than I thought, so I spent the next weeks watching the sky and running for my camera and tripod when I saw an interesting cloud formation.
I would have liked to have an afterglow scene. There was one, but when I was ready with the setup it was over. Maybe another time.
I have seen clips like this often before, but when creating one myself I realized how dynamic the atmosphere of this planet is. A wonder of nature, right above your head, every day.
