@buzzkillor thats true and funny too.. but i think it is considered cool to have traveled and they obviously want some nice photograph to remember and to show to their friends. I would have a picture of myself taken right next to the mermaid too, sans the hand gestures part.

why's there alway's a japanese person posing next to everything. Look, I left the country and stood next to something with my fingers up in the air. Strange laws they have about japanese people having to all act and dress the same.
