7th Saga game-breaking Glitch Demonstration

I suppose this is the pinnacle of our discoveries.

As part of the planned route, Lux a.k.a. "E" enters Melenam at a measly level
22, hoping to scrape by Foma, Goron, Griffan, and Gorsia with the help of Lejes and numerous items. It's amazing what help a few
tune-ups can be.

"Lux's Infinite Tune-up"

HP 173 +13*30 = 563
MP 57 +13*30 = 447
Power 116 +13*20 = 376
Guard 116 +13*20 = 376
Magic 67 +13*20 = 255 (max)
Speed 95 +13*20 = 255 (max)

@HiHiTao It's hard to tell from the video, but there is a split second pause before the last step up the stairs. The window is maybe 1/10th of a second or so.

I got this working via the SNES9x emulator on ps3.

The trick was to spam the directional buttons, dont just hold them.

IE The doctor releases you after 6 "leg movements" spam right on the directional pad until you reach the stairs, then immediately start spamming down when the screen goes dark.

Thanks. I managed to get the timing right, but it was hard. Really cool glitch and beating up the enemies in Gorsia's catsle feels good.
