Can anybody tell me when this was aired?

Dr. West spoke at Mid. Tenn. St. Univ one year back in the 90's when I was there for Black History Mo. He was phenomenal to hear live. I think he had written "Race Matters" or some other great work. Anyway, if you ever get the chance to hear him, I suggest it.
