It's not a Charlie Chaplin song. The first of the two songs used for this short is "Out in an Automobile" by Arthur Collins & Byron Harlan, circa 1906. The second song is, of course, "U Can't Touch This," by MC Hammer, 1990.

Very true. But I've noticed that some modern American audiences have difficulty understanding the difference. Most recently I've observed this in the redacting of certain animes with the "official" dub.
