I made simillar effect,but without the outline...it fits terminator logo.

BTW it's pronounced Gouse-ian (to rhyme with House-ian) blur not Gawshen. It's named for Johann Karl Freidrich Gauss, the German mathemetician who formulated the number theory behind it.
